London fashion week has come and gone in an explosion of prints and colors. The outerwear at Burberry was fantastic as usual and I adored the cute little birds and dogs printed on shirts and sweaters throughout the collection. The first ever runway presentation for McQ (Alexander McQueen's sister brand) was amazing. The brand really stepped it up now that it's under the direction of Sarah Burton. I loved the cute and quirky makeup prints at Moschino Cheap and Chic. I wanted every single dress on the runway at Peter Pilotto's presentation. The prints! The colors! The shapes! I loved it all. And last but not least, Mary Katrantzou's collection was gorgeous. Her show has quickly become one of my most anticipated each season. This collection consisted of prints of ordinary items such as pencils, hangers, spoons and typewriters that came together to create pieces that are anything but ordinary.
